SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by K-BAHN LLC (“Sponsor”) and administered in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable German law.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Germany who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and representatives of the Sponsor, Global Merchandising Services Inc., their respective affiliates and agencies directly involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 18:00 Central European Summer Time (“CEST”) on 24 September 2026 and ends at 18:00 CEST on 12 October 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Sweepstakes where reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical failures, legal or regulatory requirements, or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control that materially affect the proper administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, scan the designated QR code and complete the Sweepstakes entry form by providing the requested information, including a valid email address and date of birth. Signing up to receive marketing communications from Backstreet Boys is optional and is not required to enter the Sweepstakes. Declining or withdrawing marketing consent will not affect participation in the Sweepstakes or the chances of winning.
Entrants who wish to receive Backstreet Boys marketing communications may separately provide their express consent through the optional marketing consent provided on the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified to the extent permitted by applicable law. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Ten (10) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawing will take place following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period on 12 October 2026.
Potential winners will be notified using the email address provided at the time of entry. Potential winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary for delivery of the Prize. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
PRIZES
Ten (10) prize bundles are available.
Each winner will receive:

- One (1) Keychain
- One (1) Magnet
- One (1) Cap
- One (1) Signed set list
The approximate retail value of each Prize is £30.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where otherwise required by applicable law. If an advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes will be shipped to the German mailing address provided by each winner during the prize-claim process. The Sponsor will bear the ordinary costs associated with shipping the Prize to the winner.
ODDS
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
LIABILITY
The Sponsor, Global Merchandising Services Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, employees and agents will be liable in accordance with applicable law.
PUBLICITY
Winning or participating in the Sweepstakes does not automatically constitute consent to the use of an entrant’s or winner’s name, image, likeness, biographical information or other personal information for advertising or promotional purposes.
Any such use requiring consent under applicable law will be subject to a separate request for consent. Providing such consent will not be a condition of entering the Sweepstakes or receiving a Prize.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed for purposes including administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting winners, fulfilling Prizes, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and the applicable Privacy Policy provided to entrants at the point of entry.
Personal information collected for administration of the Sweepstakes will not automatically be used for direct marketing. Entrants may separately choose to receive marketing communications from Backstreet Boys. Any request for marketing consent will be presented separately from entry into the Sweepstakes and will require the entrant’s affirmative consent. Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time without affecting their Sweepstakes entry or eligibility.
The applicable Privacy Policy should identify the data controller, provide appropriate contact information, explain the purposes and lawful bases for processing personal information, applicable retention periods, any transfers of personal information outside the European Economic Area, and the data-protection rights available to entrants.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to take reasonable measures to protect the integrity and proper administration of the Sweepstakes, including disqualifying entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, manipulated, automated or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
If circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the operation, security, fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
